Australian red cross lifeblood is a government-funded organisation that is responsible for processing over half a million blood donations each year.

Over a 2-week design sprint, I was able to take part in a project to design a solution to improve their digital experience and encourage more users to donate.

CERES Fair Food is a not-for-profit social enterprise. They source, pack and deliver organic fresh produce to Melbourians doorsteps every weekday.

I was able to take part in this project and understand user pain points of shopping for groceries online and create a solution to improve their services.
